OVERVIEW

The filling machine is quantitative type, when operating the machine, as long as place the empty jerrycans onto the mesh conveyor, and start the filling line, the equipment will automatically perform the following process: empty jerrycans are pushed onto the chain-slat conveyor 4 at a time,empty jerrycans are conveyed to the wait filling position 2/4/6 at a time, then are pushed onto the filling scale, get tared, and 2/4/6 filling nozzles move down into the jerrycans. Nozzle bottom valves open to start immersing coarse filling and fine filling. Filling nozzles move up slowly with the liquid level, when the set value is reached, filling stops (during filling, 2/4/6 empty jerrycans reach wait filling position). Heavy jerrycans are pushed onto the conveyor, and empty jerrycans in the wait position will be pushed into filling position and start filling.
